Publicly expose the bank? How can the bank be further exposed? Why wont it, if he takes them to court they have to put up a defense, and Farage puts his case forward, how do you think it will work? No they dont - they settle. There is absolutely no way that NatWest are going to have senior managers testifying under oath when the ex-CEO has already admitted wrongdoing and apologised. Even NatWest are not daft enough to want to fight this case in open court. |

You have to feel sorry for the BBC tonight. Their star Business Editor had a massive scoop - the CEO of one of the UK's largest Banks breaking GDPR rules...and he bungled it to the extent that it was the corporation that had to apologise. Where do these reporters get their training nowdays? |

Even NatWest are not daft enough to want to fight this case in open court. She's admitted that the bank acted unprofessionally. I hope she admitted to breaches of the Data Protection Act. What else has she admitted to? |
