Toejam will be representing me. i have to say fairsociety has a point. I know they charge for higher education in the kingdom of englandshire , but nine grand a year fees and you dont understand the basics of the uk like laws shows poor value for money. I was robbed, Toejam. |

Not sure about Oldham but I'm told natural yoghurt is the only kind of live culture you can find in Wales. language is the highest form of cultural expression , so the welsh must be light years ahead of the council estates in oldham with their bilingual society of speaking british and english.
Did you know wealhas was an english nickname for a briton monte?

most of us speak scots , but learn standard english in school. Thats where the confusion arrives on forums such as this darling.
I have to try and refrain from spelling in scots , which often leads to spelling errors , and poorly written english in amongst all the normal typos.

Nah. Most of you speak English. In fact, Polish is far more likely to be the second language in Scotland after English. ok . You didnt understand scots has been recognised as the main language of scotland since the 16th century ? just like scottish law , you learn something new for free on here every day darling.
where else on the interwebby could you be educated for free in this manner? i would thank tincullin for providing the platform , and the various contributors for providing for free that which your fee accepting teachers failed to achive when in uni.

Or are you saying that English spoken in a Scottish accent is a language by itself? If that's the case, there are as many languages as there are regional accents in the UK. |
