What was the libellous statement made by Coutts? It stands to reason that Coutts can't be sued for defamation if it didn't make a defamatory statement. So, what was it? Darling we know by now you are either playing games, or just genuinely 'thick'.
Just Google 'liable' and Slanderous', and maybe chuck in Class action lawsuit, data protection breaches, so on and so on ..
Farage is spoilt for chose.
I've repeatedly asked you to tell us what libellous statements the bank made. You've avoided answering. That means that, on some level at least, you know that the manfrog won't be able to sue for defamation. That leaves only breach of the Data Protection Act, and a somewhat optimistic attempt at an action for discrimination. In other words, even if he is successful, Farage can look forward to peanuts from the bank. It will have been worth 1000 times the paltry payment he is likely to receive to see him repeatedly described as being perceived as a disingenuous grifter in the press.

Wait a minute, I thought this has all been a great victory for Mr Farage. Enhancing his reputation as the people's champion. We've even had talk of him becoming Tory leader and riding the crest of popularity all the way to number 10. Yep. Sounds like the manfrog has suffered zero mental distress. In fact, the gammons have been telling us he will be elated. He's going to have a hard job finding a doctor to certify that he has suffered emotional trauma of the kind necessary to get damages that aren't mere peanuts. I think he should be thanking Coutts and giving them a cut of the profits from his upcoming book How the whole world is against me. Predicted to go straight to number one in the self pity charts.

The law on slander says that in most cases, you have to prove that you have suffered actual **financial loss as a result of the slander, as well as ** serious harm to your reputation. This is different from libel claims, where you are only required to prove that you have suffered serious harm to your reputation.
** Financial loss..... YES he will have suffered financial loss, he'd have to transfer all his banking to another bank.
** Serious harm to your reputation..... YES he's on the front page of every major news media outlet, because of the gossiping CEO of Coutts bank giving personal details out about a customer to the BBC (Farage)
What was the libellous statement made by Coutts? It stands to reason that Coutts can't be sued for defamation if it didn't make a defamatory statement. So, what was it? Libel is a permanent form of defamation, which comes in the form of a written statement that falsely accuses someone of something. For a statement to be considered libel, it must identify the person.
The person was 'identified' as Farage
In her first admission that she had been involved, Dame Alison said in conversations with BBC business editor Simon Jack "she had confirmed that Mr Farage was a Coutts customer and he had been offered a NatWest bank account". She said she had believed this was public knowledge.
The NatWest boss Dame Alison Rose says she “made a serious error of judgment” in discussing Nigel Farage’s Coutts bank account with a BBC journalist, but she still has the “full confidence” of the bank’s board.
However, the Bank’s chairman added that the controversy is likely to affect her pay packet for this year.
She's fucked, and fucked up Coutts and NatWest ... she's cost the banking industry £600,000 million loses ....... FFS

Umm ... are you going to tell us what this supposed libellous statement was or not? For the very very last time ..
"Rose had admitted earlier on Tuesday that she was the source of a controversial BBC story about Farage’s bank accounts, for which she issued a grovelling apology".
Commercial considerations – falling below a wealth threshold – were one reason why his accounts could be closed, said a dossier obtained by Farage using a subject access request. However, the documents also showed that media coverage of Farage’s political views was weighed up while discussing whether to retain him as a client.

So, you're saying that her statement to the BBC that Coutts closed the manfrog's account for financial reasons was a defamatory statement that the manfrog can sue her for?

FFS Darling get real, how often do you see the CEO of a major snobby bank hand in their resignation because they've done nothing wrong ... .. are you ticking over right

FFS Darling get real, how often do you see the CEO of a major snobby bank hand in their resignation because they've done nothing wrong ... .. are you ticking over right Who said Coutts did nothing wrong? One of their top execs clearly breached the Data Protection Act. But if Farage sues for breach of the Data Protection Act, he will get only peanuts. So, if he wants substantial money, he will have to sue for something like defamation. You have repeatedly said that Coutts 'slandered' him. So, tell us when and how Coutts did that.
