Boris seems to have been crucified - over a period of almost years - because of a piece of cake, but Starmer has got off scot free for his big beer and curry party that he held in Durham. Whereas Boris's indiscretion was a small impromptu gathering (with no booze) that happened when his wife gatecrashed a Cabinet meeting to give Boris a birthday cake, Starmer's bash was an organised beer and curry party for over 30 people which was nothing to do with work and involved a buffet curry - which is explicitly against the Covid rules.
Yet the police took no action whatsoever against Starmer - apparently because the Durham police don't prosecute "historic crimes".
In view of all the trouble his minor indiscretion has caused Boris I think it's time to get another police force to investigate Starmer - or maybe even a parliamentary team of Tories. After all justice has to be seen to be done - and it most certainly hasn't been done in this case. Could it be because the attack on Boris was organised by the Remainer blob, who obviously have no argument with Starmer.

To be fair I'm not arsed about partygate, a nibble of cake a sip of wine, and beergate Starmer having a curry piss up night, I'm looking at the bigger picture, the fact that they all knew Covid was a con.
We were conned into this make-believe world that people all round the world were dropping like flies, dying in the streets, wearing masks, not having family, friends and neighbours round, everywhere closed for business.
They knew it was all a load bullshit, 'all' of them laughing at 'us' prisoners in our own homes, police arresting people who left their areas, we've been had, good and proper, then to add insult to injury injected us with some experimental vaccine, that we still don't know the long term side-effects.
Yes they all had a good knees up while taking the piss out of us mugs.

If Labour had done half of what the Tories have done, I would be on your side but that seems to be beyond some people. People need to start admitting they were wrong so we can all move on.

Q: WHY was Boris invited to a gathering where alcohol and a light buffet was provided ? Answer = Because it was a PARTY, it was a birthday celebration ( A SOCIAL GATHERING ), the emails stated that this was the purpose.
Q: WHY did Keir Starmer and 17 other people eat a take-away meal and consume drinks, including beer ? Answer = Because they were all Labour Party officials who were attending a working meeting, which was scheduled as a working meeting, in the offices of Durham Labour Party.
Meetings PURELY or entirely for social purposes, such as celebrations were banned
Meetings which were working meetings, connected with work and business, were not banned
The meeting at Durham Constituency Offices were proven beyond all doubt to be for business purposes, the meeting had been scheduled, the meeting(s) had an agenda, the communications sent out proved it was official business, photographic evidence and time stamped videos also proved it was a business meeting.
Anyone who still doesn't Get It must be thick

Yeah, but at least Boris washed his hands. Starmer should be put on the naughty stool for being unclean. We all know Labour has one.

It seems that the Police limit was one party gathering, rather than 16 parties "gatherings"

Can we not just move on - there are far more important issues than who had what beer or cake.. Obviously. I also couldn't give a shit about Covid parties. But the point is that people like Starmer - and Angela Rayner - are slagging Boris off for all this bollocks - partying while people died etc - while they were just as bad if not worse. It's massive hypocrisy and it should be exposed. It makes me sick listening to Rayner taking the moral high ground on this issue when she was also at the Beergate bash and even lied about it. Also Boris was forced out so Starmer should also be forced out. Beergate should be investigated again - properly this time.

We know they are all hypocrites and dont have a leg to stand on, but to keep going over the same old arguments is like those poor pathetic remainers we have on here who cannot stop refighting Brexit.
Whats done is done - so move on. Anyway if you get rid of these hypocrites there are 650 waiting to take their place all just as bad.
