Travellers? It doesn't actually say, but what nut case would want to cut down 131 trees, and even worse for no reason whatsoever.

The just stop oil brigade need to put their talents to better use, cutting down protected trees is a environmental disaster, they are trying to sting us with 'green taxes', while allowing trees to be cut down, left, right and center, then they sit back scratching their heads wondering why we are heading for this global disaster, trees are natural FREE air filters, they absorb a lot of the dangerous crap floating in the air, doing humans/animals and nature a great FREE service for the planet, there should be new laws brought in to protect trees even further.

Exactly, the lefty councils taking backhanders from their property developing mates, and passing developments on greenbelt land because they are getting a far better return than building on brownfield, typical lefty hypocrites, the lefty councils are the most corrupt in the country.

Over the last 30 years mate we have had Dutch elm decease and beech tree fungus that has decimated our forestry along with EUSSR wanting our smaller fields turned into vast frigging rape plains. Both our wildlife and forestry need the want-less vandalism like a hole in the head

When I cross over to Torbay mate I will take a pic there is a tree made out of tin that is full of mobile phone gizmos. They did make a decent job of it I must declare but if we ever get 5g there won't be any requirement for these monstrositys.

Exactly, people will wake up one morning and one will be plonked right outside their house, luckily for me our property is gated so unless they break in and trespass luckily I wont be effected, but people have genuine concerns about the health impact of these masts, not enough study has been done, but like everything else they'll just put them up then ask questions later.

Probably after lobbying young advisors who enthusiastically embrace any trendy cause even if it disrupts the lives of local residents…
