Theoretically a growing population creates a growing demand balancing the books. Truth is that with growing automation the job market is shrinking and increasing the population is no longer viable. For years I've been questioning the reasons for this constant immigration. Many have claimed politicians are trying to obliterate the English, but I think its far more likely that it was used to bring in more tax. (increase population, don't increase infrastructure= more tax) Now the infrastructure is falling apart and the population are beyond enough is enough. The answer is higher tax, but whose gonna vote for that. Although obliteration of the English belongs in the conspiracy theory category the evidence grows daily that this must be the aim and it it is not the laws and the policies being enacted make very little sense. Your dreams come true

Maybe, or more likely the country has been run for decades by complete assholes, which is a cover for an agenda that nobody in their right mind would vote for or want.

So unless somebody comes up with a plan which can sustain a growing population which is already over 3 times its sustainable limit, then it will continue as it does. Turning up as a zealot and telling us we had better just stop oil, will not cut the mustard. Which in fairness you all have been told for a while, while the likes of Khan thinks it is a good way of getting richer faster and more power for himself with the added bonus of causing even more financial suffering for others. Simple. 1, We keep expending the population to increase the tax take. 2, We don't want anymore people here. 3, We keep living longer and inventing things to help with that. (plus pensions) 4, that means, lie it or not we need more tax. Unless you have an alternative.

Sure - in the fullness of time, those who are capable and competent will 'compete' by burning your system to the ground. However, in the meantime and in general many people offered a choice between spending their days doing something tedious / difficult and living relatively comfortably, will choose the later. Enough people to make your system unworkable.. Some time ago you claimed not to be socialist / communist and yet here you are spouting its mistaken tenets So a UBI based on you doing X amount of hours per week? Somewhat like the public sector. Do you feel these people should be allowed to go on strike for higher pay?

We do not increase the population, we were encouraged way back in the 60s and 70s to save the world by not having too many children, the enforced sterilisation in India was even more dictatorial by the 'democratic' Indian government. What we want is roundly ignored by the government, of all colours for many years. We keep living longer and we also help the people who come in to 'cover our needs' also live longer. We do not need more tax, we need governments that have the welfare of the UK as their first and largely their only consideration. Any semi competent person can assess the cause and effect of population increase and the price that has to be paid when that population increases.

Well that's it isn't it the damage is well and truly done and your only alternative is higher taxation, which might fill the coffers for a short time but it won't change the fact that the majority of voters have been constantly lied too, it has also failed before, it is really just the constant hamster wheel which always leads to the same outcome, more immigration for more taxation while the voters are blamed for getting old by a government of any colour who have not made any actual plans with all the money they have had but spent it propping up a system that hasn't actually worked for the majority of people but a very few. There is no way of pointing at just one psychopath in power when there so many of them, the English will be deemed extinct next for what reason? that they voted for it perhaps? It is very obvious we had alternatives played with by the Tories and flatly refused by Labour, while the Lib Dems are completely on some planet of their own. It may well have started in thinking the working class needed bringing to heel now it is about complete destruction of a nation. Which higher taxation isn't ever going to fix.

Ran away ran away, bravely bravely ran away. Please dont tell us you are getting back on your claim that a party that imposes record immigration, record tax burden and record public spending is a right-wing party?. Name a single policy that has been introduced in the past 12 years that was conservative.

Your dreams come true What does that comment mean? That it would suit you to find that immigrants are destroying the UK and that it was a deliberate conspiracy by the ruling elite.
