The people democratically elected Boris to oversee Brexit, and under his party leadership the Conservatives took us out of the EU. The filthy corrupt establishment, made up of vile and corrupt sickos in Labour, the civil service and no doubt a few Blairwhores in the Tories, are working overtime to undermine the people and their democratic choice.
It's democracy and the people of the United Kingdom that is being attacked, not just Boris. The United Kingdom is a corrupt shit hole, and it's clearly going to get worse.
Agreed, the public unanimously voted for Boris to lead the country in 2019, since then we've had two unelected replacements, and there could even be a third.
It is our democratic right to choose who runs the country, not a bunch of in-house disgruntled bitter remainer back stabbers constantly colluding until they get their own remainer to run our country. We are slowly watching our democratic vote to leave systematically being overturned by a unelected self-governing bunch of remainer Tory traitors.
We are being cheated right under our very noses, it's gutter politics at work.
It wouldn't be so bad mate if the scum in the gutter were not worse than the ones they have persecuted.

4 out of 7 of them were Tories. Are you saying that they were the wrong sort of Tories? And that the investigating committee should have been stuffed with his own supporters? Because that really would have brought it into disrepute. Every Joe and his grandad knows Johnson lied to parliament yet his supporters on here will continue to dispute the obvious facts in his defence. But you are representative of an ever diminishing minority of the public. To see Johnson as any kind of honest broker, as an innocent wronged, is delusional to an almost Trumpian extent. I'm amused that you believe that Tory MP's are automatically Johnson supporters - many of them hated him more than the opposition. As for lying - Johnson was very careful in how he phrased his statements, so much so that the Committee could not produce a single definitive lie as evidence. I'm not saying that Johnson is not dishonest but being hung out to dry by a group that have no more honesty and integrity than him is the definition of a kangaroo court. Glad to see that you've read the report before it's been published.

We do substantially vote by comparing party leaders (prospective pms). It's just a fact of the way our election systems works

It's just a fact of the way our election systems works The strange thing in the twilight zone, everybody actually knows that and in actual fact they are panicking like hell at the moment and calling for a GE in case Boris is thinking of other plans. It has become comedy central.

We do substantially vote by comparing party leaders (prospective pms). No we don't. It's just a fact of the way our election systems works No it isn't. A lot of people think that they vote for a party leader because they think that's how it works. They are of course wrong.

People thinking they are voting according to party leaders means that that is what they are doing.

If we voted for a local Tory candidate in the last GE, then we also voted for Johnson, you clown, if you didn't like Johnson you'd have done your protest vote and voted for another MP.

"The 2019 United Kingdom general election was held on Thursday, 12 December 2019. It resulted in the Conservative Party receiving a landslide majority of 80 seats".
And that is far from "unanimous".

Idiot
"The 2019 United Kingdom general election was held on Thursday, 12 December 2019. It resulted in the Conservative Party receiving a landslide majority of 80 seats".
And that is far from "unanimous". The clue is in the word "landslide"
Definition "landslide"
noun: landslide; plural noun: landslides
1. a collapse of a mass of earth or rock from a mountain or cliff. "the road was blocked by a landslide"
2. an overwhelming majority of votes for one party or candidate in an election. "they won by a landslide"
Idiot.

I agree, we vote on party manifestos and that it's the party who officially votes/selects the party leader. However, we do also vote for the PM who is selling the manifesto even if it's all about personalities. The Conservative party behaved disgracefully and should have protected our man from the corrupt vultures.
