I’m not sure whether the country folk is going to vote for Labour in large numbers . Maybe when the countryside doesn’t have many country folk. Labour will destroy Greenbelt land, they want concrete jungles full of Labour voters, in other words all our foreign illegals will have more and more houses built for them, they wont be happy on brownfield land, it isn't up to their desired standard, so every council in the land will be given the go-ahead under a Labour government to fell every tree in sight, destroy all the Greenbelt land, and make way for their open border migrants to invade the UK. Building more houses is an incredibly popular policy.....................until there is planning approved for a new housing estate and then all the locals become vitriolically opposed to building more housing..

Yes, In a sinister sort of a way I'm enjoying the 'virtue signalling' woke snowflake outraged lefty loony idiots being 'outraged' when they are planning on housing illegal migrants anywhere near where they live, it's actually quite funny how 'outraged' they are about something they want to happen, ***Welcome all migrants*** ... LOL... I'm all for housing illegal migrants anywhere near a virtue signalling snowflake outraged loony leftie ... LOL

I'd jump for joy if they placed a illegal migrant center right next door to Gary 'jug ears' Linker, I'd laugh my fuckin head off, he'd be the first lefty hypocrite to lodge his outrage and 'demand' the council stop the application...... LOL

Most likely outcome if Tories don't vote tory, is they will abstain. You may be right, but those who vote elsewhere essentially count double.

Well, i read the article and it didn’t seem that huge a move to anyone. True the tory vote has taken a dive but the toty party is hardly tory yhese days and hadn’t been since 2010 at leadt.
About a third of a thousand people questioned thought the tories wrre the party for rural areas. About a third disagreed and another third didn’t have a clue
Asked for their views about labour. A third said they were, a third said they weren’t and a third said they didn’t have a clue
Given labour’s hatred of all things rural i’m surprised a third said they favoured labour but maybe they were pretending to live in tbe countryside.
Frankly, i think this is the daily mail making headlines up and hoping no one reads the detail.

You are right that there seems little difference between the polling here between the parties, but if these are normally very safe Tory seats, even if they drop a handful that would be alarming.
