Yep. But the same people who say this over and over again still claim that they "knew what they were voting for". We knew EXACTLY what we were voting for hash.but the idiot remnants didn't.

Are you serious in your support of removing all balancing tariffs on imports? I find it strange how so many people on here want the world to be black or white. Either we put tariffs on all food imports or none. Either I support tariffs on food imports or I don't. We currently put tariffs on foods and products we can produce ourselves, we do trade deals on food and products we cannot produce ourselves. That suits me fine. As I said, I don't even mind removing tariffs form some foods we can produce ourselves if it helps consumers, what I'm not happy with is ignoring the effect it has on farmers. Kill two birds with one stone, release farm land for housing give farmers the land rent/purchase and reduce house prices, import more food and reduce food prices. We can then ignore the effect it has on the loss of value of those with existing mortgages, yes?

Are you seriously suggesting that the BoE should be governed by public opinion? 😳 Well up until 1997 it always was governed by public opinion through their political representatives.. How is it doing now its independent? Better than under the politicians, though I suspect they are leaning heavily on the BofE again now. The Tories miss the good old days of hiking interest rates up to high interest rates, milking the poor to feed the rich, then lowering them in the run up to the election so's everyone feels good and forgets and votes for the 'stable economy' party again. What odds that interests rates fall at the end of 2024 in time for the next election?

Sure we did, but we also told everyone don't be thinking democracy comes without a fight, when for sure those who think they have the power over all things decide they didn't like your choice.

Thankfully there were not enough idiots on the remain side. Half the total idiots voted remain because they just wanted to keep the status quo.

Really it is all about this illusionary comfortable life by voting leave has ruined, I bet if you really got to the bottom of it, it is only a very, very few who actually saw any real benefit of being part of the EU and the majority of them don't have a fecking clue what goes on.

Luckily there were on the leave side. Nothing wrong with those who voted leave unlike the fucking idiots who can't think for themselves and wanted a bunch of unelected unaccountable faceless beurocrats to do their thinking for them.

The Government is paying farmers to stop farming and turn the land over to rewilding, solar farms etc etc and paying them to leave the industry together.

What odds that interests rates fall at the end of 2024 in time for the next election? I'd think you would struggle to find any evidence of that. After running ridiculously low interest rates for almost 10 years and increasing the money supply at the same time, the BoE have now lost control of inflation. Up to 3 months ago the BoE was still insisting that this inflation was 'transitory' and we didn't have to worry about it..

That is not to build homes, unless you are thinking of butterflies homes. Government support on re-wilding has been cut compared to that offered under CAP. Solar farming is neither stopped or backed by government, planning applications stand alone and grants are not specific to farmers converting crop fields to solar.

Oh dear are the tables turning for the remnants.....At least we will hear some common sence rather than lefty remnant BS.. Remnants furious as BBC Question Time special to have only Brexit voters in audience emainers are furious over an upcoming special Brexit episode of BBC Question Time which will have an audience made up of Leave voters only. Host Fiona Bruce last night announced the one-off show in Clacton-on-Sea on June 22 to mark the seventh anniversary of the EU referendum. Members of the audience will all be Brexit voters, but the programme will have its regular panel of five politicians and commentators from across the political divide. Ms Bruce said: "I want to tell you about a special Question Time programme we're making on Thursday June 22. "That day is the eve of the seventh anniversary of our decision to leave the EU. We'll be devoting a programme to it.

Should be amusing. I wonder how many will be Brexit voters who now regret their decision.

The EU has shown itself to be abysmal, over and over again. Look how they mismanaged vaccine procurements. Look how they allowed Putin to rampage around Eastern Europe whilst buying oil and gas off him. They did fuck all whilst Russian death squads chucked Chechens in mass graves in the early 2000's.
