Good question. It would mean the end of civilisation as we know it - with probably several billion people dying of starvation. "Just stop oil" is not really a political platform or stance, it is vehicle for narcissistic personality disorder it's all a WWF stage with full length mirrors so the players can look at themselves. Reality left the building entirely some time ago Indeed. It’s an excuse for people to be highly anti social on the pretence that they are saving us from ourselves . While on the other hand, innocent people have no one to protect us from them. |

The fact that the people police did nothing about the anti social behaviour yet arrested a member of the public who tried to do something about it indicates a pretty sinister turn in our society .

In the past this was not needed so much because people developing in this way (usually during their teenage years) would often have it beaten out of them by being called a pranny continuously and losing a stream of jobs that they refuse to do properly. However, in the new age, our young people have their budding psychiatric disorders hot-housed on social media and then fully cultivated by trained psychological abusers when they attend 'university' |

Bear in mind many of these people have nothing to offer others but their affected stance of moral superiority. It's like a logic bomb in society - large numbers of people who have been so psychologically damaged they have no notion of self except being in vague opposition (to something). Take that away from them and they have nothing at all. You are right - it eventually eats itself. The question is, does it take us down too? |

He thinks that Just stop oil is a movement to bring to a halt the granting of licences for coal and oil exploration. As usual, people like him have no understanding of what that would entail. They don't realise that the products they want to ban have far more uses than vehicle propulsion. That aside, they haven't realised that in the absence of those natural resources, we would be at the mercy of expensive supplies from overseas, the costs that could wreck countries across the world. Back to uses. Oil and coal are the bedrock of so many products on which the world relies, plastics, numerous building materials, bitumen to build roads, by-products such as pharmaceuticals and all manner of goods that used to be made of metal and replacing wood, lord knows how many more trees we would destroy if not for plastic. To list every item would take many forum pages but as a last ditch effort, it's worth mentioning little personal things these rabble idiots use, calculators, mobiles, computers and much more. .....and this is not something new, I've been writing along these lines all the years that these idiots show themselves up. |
