Police should have to pass annual mandatory fitness tests... They have done for the last 10 years. ...if they fail they should have to attend a remedial PT course. If after completing this course they still fail to pass the annual mandatory fitness tests they should be fired. They do and they can be. I wonder how old your pictures are. Thanks for that. I have to say that at a glance the JRFT seems to be fairly basic, there's no obstacle course and no upper body strength tests, and unless I missed it, it's a one off test for recruits only isn't it? I don't think I saw anything in the link that says the JRFT is an annual test. |
