Who's Kim? She's an ex-teacher and lives in France having originated from the north of England I think. I understand she ran some tourist holiday home until recently and spent a lot of time telling us that Brixit was stupid. She is often the source of useful information about what is going on in this country. |

The good ones are the ones with the experience so they retire early. They get fed up and burn out. The younger ones will be more woke anyway and having just decided to go into teaching they are more heading in with a naive view and stick it out until such time that something like in the OP happens, like when the finger is pointing at them. There are many reasons. A strong one I hear is the stress of unruly kids. |
