Again Tescos in Ely yesterday was full of foreign young males buying huge amounts of food and booze. I pay tax twice, on my pension and on other income, i am paying for those criminals to come into this country, to feed them, get them drunk, commit crime, house them, fix their ailments and educate them. SO ARE YOU.
The Tories are supposed to protect us from this sort of thing, not Labour.
No chance mate, im spitting feathers. While the Tories spout lies about stopping it, the toleration of the British is amazing. I know ive posted something similar and i dont care, fuck the tories.

Ely - is a Fens town, in East Cambridgeshire, part of a belt in England which has the highest concentration of European migrants in the whole of the UK, the belt includes Peterborough and Boston.
Levels of unemployment or inactivity amongst the European migrants are very low, in fact lower than amongst the British born population.
From personal experience I have found Poles, Latvians, Czechs and others who have come here to WORK and make the UK home, to be overwhelmingly decent, hard working people, mostly young, mostly working in jobs that tend to be not very popular amongst our own people.
No group of people are perfect, and on the downside,the most common crimes involving Eastern Europeans tend to involve alcohol.

Ever heard of the National Minimum Wage ?, it is a concept introduced by a Labour government and which was opposed by the Tories. No one can pay less than the NMW, and so for the Poles who pick veg in the fields of Camridgeshire, or pack meat products in the factories of Lincolnshire, a 40 hour week = £416.00 per week, but bear in mind that most employers offer higher rates for backshifts, nightshifts, weekend shifts and overtime. BALANCE ... If our farmers, growers, producers and manufacturers pay more, the end product costs more, and if the end product costs more, it gives our competitors an advantage. Sorry, but I have never believed it is about poor pay, it is about our own people who want the easier jobs, the jobs that are not repetetive, the jobs where you dont have to work weekends, or bend your back, or get wet, or work in refrigerated temperatures, the jobs that Europeans WILL DO, but our own people CANT DO |

Sorry, but I have never believed it is about poor pay, it is about our own people who want the easier jobs, the jobs that are not repetetive, the jobs where you dont have to work weekends, or bend your back, or get wet, or work in refrigerated temperatures, the jobs that Europeans WILL DO, but our own people CANT DO sid , if you want to win the next election via the english vote , i think it best you steer clear of trying to polish the immigration turd. the average person well remembers new labours last foray in governance with their mass uncontrolled immigration and adverts all across eastern europe telling folks to pack up and come to bwitian.
Its another hot potato starmer should steer well clear of.

We certainly are lucky in our immigrants.
The weekend and coronation were coming up, so everyone was out buying their dinner and a few well deserved pints.
And then piglet pitched up and started to count every fucking chip.
I don't like to brag, but in my part of the country someone would have stuck the little fucker's head down the toilet, but they are clearly a more tolerant class of folk in the Fens.

I know a Lithuanian women she said 50% of Poles are hard workers the other half are criminals, a Glaswegian girl I met in Glastonbury a few years back said the Poles had taken over the drugs industry in Glasgow. Remember that academic in South London beaten severely by 2 Polish chaps with broken eye socket and stuff, a chap with an ESP property says they were working in the drugs game yet got the wrong address. I do agree that a lot of eastern Europeans have an issue with alcohol. In subsidised housing down my way girls living there found a Brit chap had let a number of what seemed Albanians who were in and out of his flat and rifling through their post. Someone had also broken the front door lock. The police were not interested, I even considered going down myself yet then thought it would kick off massively and I would probably been arrested or worse. Also before Brexit gangs of what looked like Albanians going around at 5am on a Sunday trying all the car locks. Perhaps you live in a safe area. |
