There has NEVER been an order on the police not to prosecute rape etc. The recognisable and understandable fear of the government AT THAT TIME 04 05 following the invasion of Iraq in 03. was the fear of insighting racism and thereby creating acts of terrorism. Something the government had to consider where you and I might not have. I didn't agree with it at that time, but I note that the French have more problems with this than we do. |

Only one member has ever made multiple accounts here and that's Ewen. He's currently up to about 6. We've not seen the old git for a while though. One has to assume sclerosis of the liver has taken him from us. |

I take it you've heard of VPNs and that it is possible to have more than one IP address? Neither of which would be detectable by you nor any other mod.
