He said he declared it to the cabinet office as per ministerial guidelines.
What is a ministerial declaration as opposed to ones MP's make? Are they more in depth to cover family?
It doesn't look great but how would you stop it? Ban the husbands / wives / children / parents / friends of politicians from working in case they somehow profit from a government policy? The Tories were rapidly forced into this to match Labour policy, so let's see if she became a shareholder immediately before the announcement. If that's the case then for fuck sake Boris is coming back.

The difference between Sunak and Johnson is Johnson was taken to the cleaners by his lawyer bitch former wife and others (a fool and their money) so even as he was on a PM's salary, he was genuinely pretty skint and so genuinely needed that 200k to keep going. Now as for foreign powers taking advantage, they have the ideal candidate, someone who is greedy, wasteful and short of funds and corrupt. He can and was bought, but the powers that bought him are so formidable the Brits are too scared to take them on, whereas Sunak has more money than he knows what to do with and does not need any more.
This will be a damp squib in Labour's pathetic attempts to seize power whilst not having a clue how to run the country successfully. |

One could almost feel sorry for the Conservatives, they cannot seem to go for more than a few weeks until another crisis arises, usually involving lies, sleaze and corruption. Things can only get better
