Your so called question makes no sense, it is either an insinuation or a forecast or a floater with no purpose in life, but not a question. It is something that arrived out of a fart of your own. Nope . The post I relied to claimed that there was a crisis . My reply questioned that. You only read the large type . You are the confused old geriatric in the corner that can’t follow the conversation but still butts in. The post you replied to didn't need to claim there was a crisis, so your so called question was at best a reaffirmation of the posters point about crisis under this government. The myth that you are perpetuating is trotted out by those who either can't remember, or won't remember, just how bad life was in the UK before Mrs Thatcher. Many of our current woes would be sorted out in a fortnight by Mrs Thatcher, she would have people back to work and producing again as a priority, not fawning over transvestites and their "rights" as a priority.

Well she did hit the unions with mass unemployment, creating a crisis in unemployment and increased financial hardship for millions of people / families. You have swallowed Thatcher propaganda without researching what she did or recognising the MESS she left the country in. |

I agree. The Sunak's are rich. They hold vast portfolios and can't be expected to know of every inidividual investment that could possibly benefit (or not) from every single government policy.
My own investments are way more modest than theirs and I couldn't tell you that about my own portfolio. It's a nonsense but of course Labour thickos will be making much of it.

I don't need to research anything old chap, I lived through it.
When Mrs Thatcher came to power I was a reluctant member of the AUEW and was subject to Marxist Glaswegian shop stewards calling me out on strike every other day and the Company I worked for (an airline) was struggling because of that. She swept all that rubbish aside, I was able to leave the union and the Company was able to prosper, it is still trading successfully today, employing people, paying tax and training young employees. It certainly wouldn't if Mrs Thatcher hadn't been in power.
Mrs Thatcher enable people to buy their council houses, work hard and earn money, drive Ford Capris and go on foreign holidays, I won't have a word spoken against her.
