This is dreadful rubbish. If they reduce personal consumption by 20% then overall consumption will be approximately only 10% down as the population is increasing by 6% per decade and if another few percent is taken off up to 2050 then overall consumption will increase. No way to save water let alone a planet. It is not an environment plan it is a population increase plan. One we keep telling them to strictly control and one they repeatedly say that is our intent and then ignore it. No good will come of it. |

It's pissing down here and the rivers are already flooded - we need less water not more.
