Can you imagine the other way round and she was investigating Starmer, costing him his Labour leadership, then the next thing she in in cahoots with Tories being offered a top job, FFS we'd never hear the end of it especially from big gob Rayner, she'd be demanding the whole of the Tory party were fired for gross misconduct in public office. No one disputes the area of concern by Boris supporters (lol) but I see no effort by righties to clarify, all I see is an eagerness to throw slime. It strikes me that right-wingers are the sort of people who raised lynch mobs back in the old wild west USA. I don't expect the lefties to demand any investigation in to the partygate inquiry, they all got what they wanted, Johnson gone.
The civil service and its servants are tax payer funded, and for that reason we as tax payers demand a inquiry into Sue Gray and her handling of the partygate inquiry, as there is now strong every growing evidence that it was not a 'impartial' inquiry, she'd been nobbled by Starmer, and we know that is a criminal offense, not just gross misconduct in public office.

She probably would be if all the CLAIMS made about her are true. Her report is still there, in can still be questioned, if any of it is wrong it can be corrected. Problem is that right wing people like yourself are both too quick and too eager to throw slime in such situation. It is little wonder the UK has struggled for over 70 years to reach some sort of serious economic and social stability.If you mean immediately following WW2, we didn't get a very good start.  We got an excellent start, with our industries at maximum thanks to the war effort, which was an advantage over the rest of Europe, but not acknowledged by the right-wing media. I was of course referring to post 1951 beginning with the 13 years of damaging Conservative party politics and the industrial failures. |

Your readiness to turn your assumptions into facts distracts from your credibility. So get your inquiry, the Tories are still in office, if your guesswork claim is found to be true, then let justice prevail. If you don't get your inquiry you will have to blame the Conservative party who will have disagreed with your assumptions. Would that change your mind? Of course not. |

So are you saying that civil servants should be prevented from moving into politics? Certainly. The Civil Service code specifically prohibits it. Are you sure? I thought it says that it requires approval. |
