As we all know she gave the Telegraph thousands of Matt Hancock's WhatsApp messages. Personally I think she deserves a damehood, she has exposed Hancock as a manipulative liar. The latest WhatsApp message to be released by the Telegraph which will be in tomorrows edition says Hancock wanted to announce a third wave of Coronavirus for no other reason than to frighten people to isolate.

It's hilarious that people who were gung-ho for lockdowns like James O'Brien are now attacking Oakeshott because her revelations show the nonsense of their position.. Perhaps if we dont talk about it they think they might get away with it..

I don't suppose they issue fixed penalty notices for conspiracy to commit false imprisonment, en masse. Oh no, that would be a huge crime.

I am absolutely drooling in anticipation to see what Hancock's WhatAapp messages may reveal, I'm sure the Telegraph are drip feeding us, I mean why wouldn't they. Are they keeping the best till last? Have they even got through the hundreds of thousands of Hancock's WhatsApp messages yet, is Hancock sleeping easy lol, are other as yet unnamed people watching and thinking, how long before I'm exposed.
Apart from the fact that Hancock is a pillock, the big question for me is, what the fuck are politicians doing chatting about government policy on WhatsApp?

I just heard something else that will apparently be in tomorrows press. Remember Sunak's Eat out to Help Out scheme? It seems that behind the scenes Hancock and Simon Case, the cabinet secretary* were against it. But they laughed and said it wouldn't last long because the money would soon run out.

How dumb is Hancock to handover those messages to a newspaper journalist... who is anti-lockdown, and who is shagging Richard Tice lol.
I was listening to her on LBC, she didn't come out of it well. It was like listening to Gina Miller ie thinking they are super intelligent and morally superior, but nothing but world salad comes out of their mouths.
Surely Hancock should be charged with breaking secrecy rules, and he should sue the crap out of her for breaking a NDA for financial gain.

I think Ms Oakeshott will have cause to regret her actions. I think it's dishonest to break a confidence and i think she's damaged her reputation.

Oakeshott also had a role in the fall of Chris Huhne and Vicky Pryce.
In general politics she often makes good points yet also will act on every opportunity to expose political shortcomings.

Apart from the fact that Hancock is a pillock, the big question for me is, what the fuck are politicians doing chatting about government policy on WhatsApp? Gove and Hancock are both untrustworthy pieces of work, they fit in well on both sides of the house........How did a wally like Hancock even get elected to be an MP far less reach Ministerial level? We know brains are short on the ground in Westminster (yes, the Lords as well), but it seems that all Parties are really scrapping the barrel. If there was an election tomorrow I don't think there is one person out of all those snollygosters who deserves my vote...or anyone elses. Matt Hancock launched expletive-laden attack on Michael Gove during height of Covid pandemic, leaked Whatsapp messages show - before accusing the then-NHS chief of 'massively f*****g up' The then Health Secretary accused Mr Gove of wanting his job in June 2021 Hancock replied: ‘He f*****g should. This will be interpreted as a play for my job.’ www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11821871/Matt-Hancock-launched-expletive-laden-attack-Michael-Gove-height-Covid-pandemic.html

Oakeshott signing a Non Disclosure Agreement and then flagrantly disregarding it, understandably doesn't sit comfortably with many. But against that is the feeling of frustrating certainty that a Government initiated inquiry into Government behaviour wouldn't reveal half of the important stuff that Oakeshott is exposing. Hancock deciding on the best timing to 'deploy' the new variant, to bolster the State's ongoing Project Fear initiative against the population ..... and a myriad other revelations seeing the light of day thanks to these 'Lockdown Files'.
Letting the General Public see in black and white the contempt that leading politicians held/still hold them in, is useful in itself, and something very unlikely to reach the pages of any 'independent' Government report into what happened. On balance I'd conclude Oakeshott has done far more good than bad.

All of this supports my suspicion that politics is the art of lying and the ones who climb the greasy pole highest are the best liars . What else did we expect ?

Difficult one To the Telegraph journalist who used his Argentinian boyfriend as a mule to ship out Ed wossisface’s stuff on the leaked american and british intelligence, and whose victory against said boyfriend’s arrest on TERRORISM charges was lauded by the left, i say tbe charge should have been espionage by a citizen of a hostile foreign power, which it was. But in Hancock's case, no MI5 or MI6 or equivalent agency operatives were even remotely inconvenienced so i’m voting hero

I think Ms Oakeshott will have cause to regret her actions. I think it's dishonest to break a confidence and i think she's damaged her reputation. Not if it's in the public interest and this certainly is; I daresay she took prior legal advice but if she goes to prison, I'll happily be her warder.
