Yea yefor the labour party arranged for Borris and his 80 law breakers to have a illegal party at the Tory HQ. Lol There was nothing illegal about it unlike starmers organised pissup..... Well the police and the tory HQ seem to think there was one charged him and fined him for a criminal offence and the other Discharged him from office because he was a dishonest liabity. Has for starmer found innocent by the police investgation

She seems morally corrupt to me, which will obviously advance her career in Labour. It's no secret that a large section of the civil service was working to undermine the democratic mandate, and by the looks of it she has also damaged the people's elected representative assigned to remove us from the EU. I'm no Boris lover, but at least the people put him there.
Hopefully this will help people to wake up to Labour's planned betrayal.
Planned betrayal as opposed to the Tory actual betrayal?

What happened to the suitcases of booze? Of course they did and it is foolish for lawmakers to be lawbreakers ,what you cannot escape is that this appointment is at the least suspect. Westminster in the form of politicians and civil servants need reminding who they work for ,and it’s not themselves though that often seems to escape their notice.

What happened to the suitcases of booze? It was consumed by a few work colleuges who shared the same bubble....Who didn't FFS? Working in construction we were deemed and esential service during lockdown and worked during lockdown. Do you think that stopped us from taking a few bevies in on the last day of the week so we could have a drink? Did it f@ck and all we had to do was get a partner or friend which was whithin the rules to pick us up and take us home.

I understand why the fuss being made by the Boris lovers, but are we supposed to believe that all civil servants working directly for No.10 and various ministries are changed every time a different party takes over the reins?
I guess she’ll have a few months leave, then help Starmer prepare for government…

I guess she’ll have a few months leave, then help Starmer prepare for government… I suspect you're wrong. My guess is Starmer will have a change of heart ref the appointment of Sue Gray. Too many people, on both sides of the chamber, are asking questions about it, Starmers judgment is being questioned. Indeed some are calling for an inquiry due to the fact she has been at the very heart of government policy for years, she held a senior position in the cabinet office then suddenly resignes to take up a job at the very top of the Labour party, such a move is unheard of. She will obviously know all sorts of sensitive information that could be very helpful to Labour. How long has she been in discussions with Labour, what has she told Labour, what may she reveal in the future? No, this appointment brings Starmers judgement and her impartiality into serious question and I'm not the only one who thinks so.

A civil servant is free to give up their job and work for another organisation.

They got fined because the police deemed the parties as 'illegal', because you may have got away with it it does not mean our law makers should.

If there are no secrets she has nothing to tell.

Have to agree that appointing a person with Gray’s recent job profile is a PR boob by Starmer and his advisers, but I doubt it’s terminal and she’ll eventually end up with Starmer…
