Steve - Just to let you know This posting style is absolutely fine and maintains all the fine and worthy traditions of a direct, no-nonsense British political discussion - ie vivid refences to brains and sexual acts. So far 6 posters doing all they can to do anything but condemn the letter, some even victim attacking, one even inferring it's OK Says so much about some here Who is the victim here? If the letter is real it is the recipient, if the letter is false it is whoever wrote it and places two victims; being the recipient and the attributed authors. If the recipient wrote the letter then the victimhood reverses. We have seen similar claims prove to be false. It's a shame whoever sent the letter didn't use Royal Mail. It would never have arrived. |

Probably. The writer also needs a lesson in letter writing and construction. It should have the address of the sender in the top left corner, a date in the centre, and at the bottom a signature after a suitable sign off, such as "yours sincerely". The lack of these features may help to identify the writer as using a particular M.O. so the Police can find and prosecute him or her. |

They didn't call it that when Labour said i should be firebombed. If Diane Flabbott and Peter Fucking Hain can order it for people they dont like they can't whinge when it comes the other way So apart from that being sad whataboutery you appear to be admitting you think that letter is a great thing to send. Please clarify In an ideal world, terrorists would end up very dead very quickly. This would curtail their repeat performances The terrorists who firebombed my car and my boss’s car and my boss’s boss’s car as they were parked in bristol medical school while we attended a symposium telling people how our animal experimental models provided a mechanism to test anti cancer and anti chemical warfare drugs seemed exceptionally hesitant to refuse the experimental cures we dreamed up when their kids, wives and grandmothers needed them. I would have had more respect for the fucking hypocrites had they told the staff at bristol they rejected the then experimental treatments they found so unethical. Of course the medical school would have gone to court to overturn their desire to let their relatives die rather than set their ethics aside, but it would have been nice to see those willing to kill for their ethical standpoint actually have the courage to let their kids die for the ethics they were happy to kill for. And as i said Peter Hain and Diane Abbott sent their thugs to do violence to those they did not like the politics if. Hain told the Western Daily Press it was vitally important to do this, Abbott told the BBC it was of the utmost importance to know where we lived. I repeat If they behave that way, they have no grounds to whinge when they get what they desire others to do on their behalf done to them. After all, they started it and were given free air and press time and space to advocate it. |

Sorry that the more sensible posters are not condemning on demand . Personally I would like to know more about the source of the letters to know where I need to aim my condemnation. So I agree with Magrathea. Indeed. Just like some are saying they don't know whether Begum was groomed, raped, and coerced to join ISIS. Knowing the source who wrote that hideous letter also needs investigating. We have to test the assumptions like we're being led to believe in the Begum case. |

Best you stop digging No What i said, and i say for a third time as an aid for the deprived of comprehension, is that i have personally experienced senior members of the Labour Party front bench in opposition including former ministers in government instruct squads of thugs to go out and do violence in the name of the party to those they do not like the political views of. If any doubt this, go ask whoever the hell the chief constable of south wales police was in 2010 because he came IN PERSON to a pub opposite the Ospreys Rugby Ground with about 200 fully riot gear clad men and stood outside the pub we were holding a campaign meeting in. He came there expecting to have to prevent a bunch of tattooed, body pierced skinheads from laying into a group of about 100 long haired scrag ended beatniks who wanted a fight. The look on his face when he walked into a room with fifty blokes in shirts, ties and half of them myself included in a £300 suit was fucking priceless. He came expecting to have to cart us off in a convoy of Black Marias for our own safety. He found himself asking a group of businessmen if they would mind awfully ordering another round and continuing their meeting and above all NOT going out for the next 15 minutes or so while his men (and they were all men) went to explain to the group at the bottom if the hill that they had fifteen minutes to piss off home or things would not go well for them. I’m sure it was a unique experience for him. Sadly the violent scum dispersed as asked but then came back three days later and trashed the pub in Llandore.
