From what I've read including some context posted by Steve, she was referring to Boris and his team, in short the government. I have asked for irrefutable evidence from those who continually attack Rayner that proves who she was referring to, so far no such evidence has been shown. |

Thanks for that I just wanted to be clear whether Jonksy made a false claim or not about your post. If you look at your Feb 19, 2023 at 9:43pm post and follow on exchange you will see that you blunt and foul worded contradicted my post saying she was only calling selected Tories scum So when yesterday at 12:27pm I posted You were offensively pushing the false 'she called all Tories scum' line I was fully justified. But you will note that doesn't amount to what you claimed and then retracted about my post. 'Pushing a line' is not the same as asserted. I didn’t claim it . You haven’t acknowledged that . You tried to ‘ push the line ‘ that one word ie Etonians framed the whole comment . It didn’t . She called the Tory government scum . This must include backbench MPs . By association she insulted all Tories . That is my position . Boris gave her a target but instead of using a stiletto, she threw a grenade . It is your chosen position. She meant him and all in his close cabinet for keeping Boris in power. And of course separately the scummy Chris Clarkson. It would be hard to believe she hasn't separately called other Tories scum - I believe she never went to charm school - but not calling all Tories scum. |

How awkward for you that Bentley has apparently edited his post to withdraw that claim. I never said that Rayner called ALL Tories scum . What I did say is that she insulted them ….”Any decent person would accept that this was a scattergun insult aimed at Tories in general” Look Steve is doing exactly what I said he does .
