Not exactly the crime of the century is it?.........Unlike stammer (who took off from the scene of the accident before plod arrived) she at least admitted her guilt..........£568 for a poxy 40MPH.....Cunt khan must be raking it in........Wasn't there a Labour front bencher caught speeding well over the limit? Last year? First name began with E. Maybe Emily? Caught on camera and admitted mistake. Court? Fined? Husband was a judge I think? Some clarity,?
Minister Penny Mordaunt is fined £568 for speeding in London, becoming latest senior Tory to break the law Miss Mordaunt, 49, admitted breaking 40mph speed limit in Putney, last July She was fined £568 by a magistrates' court and had 3 points put on her licence

Doesn't sound like she admitted it otherwise she would have paid £100 fixed penalty.

Christ almighty, nearly £600 and three points for 9mph over the limit! When the fuck are drivers going to start fighting back? It can only be a matter of time.

Only because she played silly buggers instead of just paying the ticket.

Having too many points on the licence to give a FPN means a court hearing. It's not clear why it happened, but maybe she's a serial speeder?

"Keir stayed at the scene until the ambulance arrived. Later that afternoon, he reported the incident to a police station in accordance with the law". Not sure what more you want. What is worrying is that two police officers were sent to the scene of a minor incident whilst crime is at very high levels.

I am sure Handy will correct me if I amm wrong the law states,,,
You must report the collision no matter who was at fault. If you don't stop at the scene or report an incident you could be committing an offence and be charged. The penalties include: a fine.

More delusions from the frequent source^ From one of your favourite rags 'Starmer exchanged insurance information with the cyclist - who was described by an onlooker as 'in a lot of pain' on the ground - before leaving him in the care of paramedics, who took him to hospital with an injured arm.'
