Oh and when she's gone bring in the SFO to find out what she's done with millions of tax payers money that should have gone to the people of Scotland, she might end up in one of those 'all female' prisons, or they might stick a 6ft 7 transgender rapist in the same cell as her LOL ... poetic justice being served. A few years ago I had never heard of Private Ambulances, now I see them quite regularly .. but why ?
There s an advert currently running on TV for Spire Healthcare, deliberately made to show a nice peaceful private hospital, free from mayhem and stress, and where everything is laid back and orderly, with children playing in the outside play area.
I am not one to believe in Conspiracy Theories, but now I am beginning to seriously wonder if the Tory goal has been to run down the NHS so badly, that private healthcare would flourish and take up the slack.
Are we heading for a health service for the well off, and a basic, second rate NHS for the less well off ?, it certainly looks that way from where I stand.

Scotland has 96 GPs per 100,000, to bankrupt England's 76. Scotland has 840 qualified nurses per 100,000 to bankrupt England's 586. Scotland has 68 student nurses and midwives per 100,000. Double that of England's at 36 on both. Scotland student nurses , midwives and paramedics receive a bursary of £10,000 a year. And Scottish students do not pay any tuition fees. I suspect that most of the figures and statistics are simply imagined rubbish to back up your arguments, the NHS in England and Scotland are in a parlous state, in the case of Scotland made worse by the propensity for drink, drugs and violence of the population.
You know exactly what my problem with the GRR is, like all right thinking normal people I find it abhorrent.
