Labour councils sem to be run by a mixture of manipulative psychopaths, narcissists and overgrown children with a lot of flabby, self indulgent sentiment that involves other people paying the price for their 'values'.
They should concentrate on their job of getting the bins collected and try their best not to be an embarrassment

Don't play the old racist/homophobic card here.
It's not that people don't care, people want things prioritised, and if there is any surplus money left over then by all means paint roads in rainbow clolours, but right now it is not on the top of people's 'to do list'.
Ask anyone in any constituency what their priorities are, and I can 110% guarantee you it wont be painting roads rainbow colours, which I doubt very much not one member of the LGBT community has asked for, or changing street names from Black Boy Lane to La Rose Lane at a cost of £100,000, that every resident are up in arms about, including black people.
If you are a typical Labour voter then the country is well and truly fucked.
