No I am not using anything to indulge.  As you go into denial defending the indefensible . And Scottish reservoirs are full of trout who pass what you are saying as  you use another pathetic excuse to defend the indefensible. And the real data is that the French are going to sue the Uk as they continue to deliberately pump raw sewage into the  sea.  That is affecting their beaches.  Not a single river in England has received a clean bill of health.  That contamination matey as you defend the indefensible is what fills up your reservoirs  And before you go into a holier than thou rant.  It is not me who is saying it.  It is your own government. Who singularly fail to react. In case they upset the shareholders. Your own countrymen in the form of  English  journalist point it out in English newspaper.  Not me  In Scotland it is a offence to deliberately discharge raw sewage into rivers.  And those who did so have been fined. Accidental is a different matter. In terms of Scotland.  Even the worst discharge clears in two days or so.

It is not a offence in England as billions of gallons of raw sewage are discharged every day into the sea and rivers.  . And it is costing you dearly and billions to clean the water before it is safe to drink. As the shareholders pocket £57 billion paid for by you for drinking your own poo,  So stop talking rubbish.   And I have just pointed it out it affects the carbon footprint. When the water companies were sold off, the government took on their historic debts. Since, they have accumulated over £45bn of debt that is ultimately the responsibility of billpayers.  That's me for English water being privatised .  And you not me since. 

Over a decade, the nine large English companies have paid out as much in dividends as they have made in profits. Some 70% of Englsih water is owned by foreign companies. All for providing a service in a “market” in which they don’t compete for customers, when fines for non-compliance with drinking-water quality standards have exceeded £1.5 million over the last five years, Those companies  lose enough water for 20 million people to leaks every day. And do not give a toss.  Why should they.  You pay for it. And oh.  In case you are not following what is happening. Which your clearly do not as you shoot the messenger.  England is expected to run out of water in the next 25 years.   You can put what idiotic spin on how you like.
