Are we supposed to be impressed? Did you see his voting slip? So all we have is word for it which has been proven time and time again by himself that his word aint worth a toss. Exactly, a fuckin liar, he's a loony lefite, always has been always will be, he's never voted Tory in his entire life .......... fkn liar And how would you know? And he is hardly what you choose to call a "loony lefty". That is tantamount to calling him a left wing extremist, which is rather non-sensical for a Blairite

If someone says they did something that is more evidence that they did than that they didnt. Unless you have the evidence to prove he is lying. Personally, being the Blairite that he is, I find him voting Tory in 2017 highly credible when the alternative was Labour led by Corbyn. I have a lot of experience of Blairites up close and a common theme was that they saw the Tories as a lesser evil than the left. If you knew much about his politics you'd know it was very likely. But you don't understand any of that, and prefer to spout rancid bollocks.

Not been funny but you seem to take this far too seriously, turning nasty if posters don't agree with you.
lighten up, treat it like a bit of fun.

Of course I don't read every post. I base judgements upon what I have seen. And I was only responding in kind to a comment you made about me. If you can't take it, don't give it. I will have a bit of fun in it's rightful place but I come here to debate serious politics.

Could be letting himself in for some unexpected costly surprises.

Anyone seen this?
Starmer at the WEF telling anyone who will listen how renewables and the green dream will be at the centre of Labour party policy, presumably so the UK can be net-zero by 2030...
...And fuel poverty will be rife half of industry will be closed down or moved to China and the economy will be bankrupt. But at least Starmer will be able to tearfully say, but look how green we are.

Energy will be a big decider on how well the country operates in the near future.

Correct, and as the supply of affordable and reliable energy becomes increasingly important the government will have a choice: Go 'green' and force us into fuel poverty or issue more licences to extract more north sea gas, and shale gas rather than importing it from the US.
