Revealed: Rotherham rape gangs cover-up councillor holds senior diversity and inclusion NHS role
A former Labour Party politician who resigned his cabinet position at Rotherham Council in 2015 amid reports that he 'pushed back' discussions on the ethnicity of grooming gangs now works as a senior diversity and inclusion manager in a major NHS body, GB News can reveal.
Mahroof Hussain was embroiled in the Rotherham grooming gangs scandal in 2015 when Dame Louise Casey’s review into the council named him and went on to conclude that the authority was in 'denial' and warped by a culture of bullying, sexism and cover-ups

The NHS obviously don't do much research into the backgrounds of people they recruit for these "management" roles. They just though "he's from a minority" so he's qualified. Crazy.
Personally I think ALL EDI (equality, diversity and inclusion) roles in the NHS should be scrapped.

I saw the story somewhere a few days ago and thought ‘typical’
I was delighted to see the chap who held high office in the denial cabinet on a council renowned for not bothering with the systematic sexual abuse of girls in care by Pakistani born men of Moslem faith had decided to withdraw from the shortlist of prospective MPs from which he had been selected as a candidate with the assistance of a fellow (and amazingly, white female) official on the same abuse denying council
Hopefully this latest exposure will end the same way but I somehow doubt it.
