A second is a second wherever you are standing … what ever speed you are going … As I mentioned before … If you are seeing a variable on your timepiece … it will be due to forces in the Universe, variating … coupled with effects of momentum etc. … possibly piezo electrical effects … and down much further to a very basic particle level causing clock materials to deviate.

Materials at incredibly high speeds break up and fall apart from flexing and vibration. No REAL clock can measure Time ACCURATELY when travelling close to the speed of light … so Einstein’s hypothesis was conceptual … a figment of the imagination … which could never be measured/checked/verified experimentally.
…because clocks always FAIL when pushed to the limit.

Scientists claim they have confirmed Einstein’s Relativity Laws … but in my view … my different perspective … I see clock failures … or an assumption the speed of light is constant … when we know everything along the EMF SPECTRUM can be deviated and affected by other forces in the Universe … slowing or accelerating the frequency of particles or waves.

EMF radiations including Light photons/x-rays etc travelling from distant exploding stars can be sent the long way through Space by gravitational/ ‘lensing’ effects … travelling through the mysterious Dark Matter … how can you accurately measure the speed of these radiations that make up an ‘event’ … when they are navigating through a ‘soup’ of Cosmic Forces?. Variables.

Firstly, let me clarify my statement you put in bold. I meant this - The time between two things happening is very much like the apparent length of our ruler. It depends on the perspective of the observer.

Strictly speaking there is no such thing as THE TIME between two things happening - this time measurement will vary from observer to observer (depending on perspective) in a similar way to the apparent length of our ruler.

Please read the above twice - it is agreeing with you in some ways. In relativity, there is strictly speaking no such thing as the time. In relativity, time is an artifact of a perspective - humans intuitively split the universe up into these pieces because we are all fixed with a certain perspective. If we changed that perspective , say if one of our eyes moved at a different speed than the other, we may well order the world differently. However, it is hard to imagine quite how one of our eyes could move at a different speed than the other.

Secondly - it is not an illusion. The rules of perspective are not illusory they are an unavoidable aspect of reality. The rules of perspective might lead you to naive conclusions, but they are nonetheless real in themselves.

Thirdly - You are absolutely correct. A second is a second wherever you are standing. However, someone else might well see one of your seconds differently - depending on their differing perspective

It doesn’t matter where you are in the Universe, what speed you are going … or what your perspective is

On other planets and moons in the Universe … their measurement of Time will be totally different … due to speed of planetary rotation and speed of orbital rotation around their Sun.
