A clear communication style, a sharp mind and genuine conservative principles.

Hmm. I accept the clear communication, that's true. I'm not sure about the sharp mind though. He was clearly out of his depth in cabinet. His Brexit Opportunities Ministerial efforts were lame, for someone who really believed in it.

So, when you asked the question, were you asking what he might 'offer' (in a general sense), or were you inviting people to convince you that he offered something to you? From my perspective, he does a good job of communicating conservative values and is competent. He would be a loss because he is one of the few conservatives presently involved in government.
I'm not sure at all how I could sell him to someone still struggling in a early 20c century class war against people with particular accents

OK. What other "things" does JRM have to offer? In every interview I have ever seen he has always answered the question that was asked. It's becoming a rare thing these days.

He lacks fearless, overwhelming ambition and ruthlessness. However, that may be because he isn't a psychopath - another increasingly rare quality in a politician

What I expect to happen is he will be replaced by a woman with a lot of makeup and very image conscious but full of shit. It's a test for the proles. Here we have one of the most intelligent politicians in Westminster and if that intelligence is undervalued then the whole country goes down the drain. It's like I feel that would happen if I had a business head on and my money was riding on it, but there is always that thing called hope that one day the proles will get something right.

I'm not sure I have good evidence of intelligence. Feel free to supply something which does though, I'm not saying he isn't, just that I see no evidence of it from what he's done.

I don't care what accent the PM has ( except Scouse) or which school any Tory PM went to , I just what one that will tell the EU and French to Foxtrot Oscar, get the economy firing on all cylinders, sorts out the NHS, deals with boatpeople, lowers taxes as soon as possible to attract investors, sorts out Law and Order and Public Spending, and keeps the far Left out of power for years and years to come. Can't see anything wrong with that

Hmm. That's not really a measure of intelligence.

I wish! 🙂 I still don't think it's a measure of intelligence though.

Hmm. That's not really a measure of intelligence. So what is a measure of intelligence then?
