lmfao. I bet you arent.
Gordon brown himself even apologised about the banking crash and his and new labours large part in it....
That apology was in hindsight, he apologised for doing something the Banks, the City and industry wanted at a time when NO ONE NEW THE MELTDOWN WAS COMING. you seem to be wriggling on numerous hooks that you are impaled upon.
Dont mind me though , carry on turd polishing.

Old Labour has been unelectable ever since that Winter of Discontent in 1978. The British public in any numbers really do not want Cuba without the Sun no one as far as i can see is arguing wether they are or arent electable. We were comparing records to old and new labour to see if see 2 had a point , and he doesnt as ever.
Im not a labour voter. I dont support old , or new labour. Even i can see though that new labour are a mess who offer nothing to the peoples of the countires of the uk.

Chukka is actually a huge loss to the Labour party and British politics in general. Very bright, very principled and able to articulate middle ground politics very well Thanks for giving us the first laugh of the morning steve. Chukka ummuna was a talentless benchwarmer , the typical careerist who epitomises the very problems uk politics has . His reputation was bummed up for no good reason by certain sections of the media and chattering classes .
Clearly the voting public in his former constituency and the last one he stood in , dont agree with your empty appraisal.
Chukka left labour if you remember correct as he threw his rattle out of his pram when corbyn got elected leader , and jumped ship as we know twice to the liberals and then the two second wonder that was change uk.
An extremely unprincipled chancer that is better off away from politics in my opinion , and more suited to selling second hand cars.

I wouldn't buy one from him. Ummuna is what I call a pipsqueak.

I wouldn't buy one from him. Ummuna is what I call a pipsqueak. A man of complete integrity and champion of the people now reduced to being a rich banker advising hedge funds. A shy tory who should have never of been in the labour party. like so many others.
heres what the guardian had to say on him
when poor auld steve backs a losing horse he really goes in at the deep end eh?

Did you read the comments I posted from Brown's speech to the TUC in 2000? It is partly because of the deep anti-NL bias by people like yourself that this country has missed a golden opportunity to embrace the sunshine and fresh air introduced into UK politicks by New Labour. The Conservatives actually felt threatened by New Labour in a way that they never felt threatened by Old Labour. Tory propaganda set out to destroy NL, they did a good job of it didn't they.

tory propaganda set out to destroy new labour? Well that puerile excuse falls flat on its face when you consider it was the snp , not the tories , that replaced new labour in scotland , and in much of northern england , it was ukip/brexit party , and then the tory brexiters , that destroyed the old red wall seats.
You do talk some guff .
New labour , their arrogance and incompetence were the architects of their own destruction.
Not listening top the public on many many issues , going against the public view in scotland and england as new labour "knew best" , and the arrogance in thinking their scottish and northern english fiefdoms had no where else to go in voting terms were all part of their downfall.

Apart from Vince Cable who warned him in the house in 2002 that Bank of England internal reports were expressing huge alarm about the way the economy was overheating as he let household debt run riot to fund buying that next election. Proof of your comment would be good, at least I would know what it is you are claiming. That the evidence existed for the international meltdown before the event, i.e. before the failure of the abused sub-prime mortgage system in the US in 2006, is not possible. The UK did have there own mortgage problem ---- in 2008 ---- Yet despite the international meltdown, it wasn't as bad, nor did it last as long as the one in 1990. You've had it loads of times at that other place. Right now Hansard is returning 'An error occurred loading the search results. Please try again later.'

You are obviously a product of that Tory propaganda. If you had read Brown's speech that I posted you wouldn't be posting such false and immature rubbish. Your best hope for the future is that you will learn to understand that your opinions are not facts.

There is nothing logical about your position, it consists of bias, misguided opinions and the denial of truthful facts that you do not like. And that is about as bullshit ridden as it is possible to get.
