Your Government took the decision to charge tuition fees for ALL students at English universities. Why should English students be allowed to come to Scottish universities and expect to be treated the same as Scottish students? If you want free tuition to apply to English students elect an MP, and a Government, willing to push the measure
England if im not mistaken now unsurprisingly has the highest tuition fees in the world .
Do not forget Johnston raised the NI contribution by 1.3% to pay for what Scotland already has. As the Scots were again screwed on that one. |

Why should ScotGov re-introduce Tuition Fees? Just because students in England have to pay? You must be joking And you're wrong again! yes the LibLabs ended up front payment but they merely left it till students graduated, and were in work, then forced them to pay it. They did and it is fair! |

They did and it is fair! How many times have we dealt with that pish over the years about various british parties origianlly abolishing tuition fees in scotland? Didnt stuart campbell do a famous article on it slaughtering the myths about who did what and the duplicity of the unionist parties?
It seems to me unionists have nothing more than regurgitating the lies from 2014 and before .As i said , i think we need a ready made copy and paste site to post the oft repeatedly answers time and gain.

Simple, if Scotland's government charges English, Welsh and Northern Irish students tuition fees it should also charge Scots.
Otherwise, it should abolish tuition fees for all British students.
Fair's fair.
Scotland has already voted to stay British.
If the SNP can't handle that the SNP can go and have a good cry.

Scottish devolved matters do not cost the English tax payer one penny. And when clowns understand that the Scottish Government works on a fixed budget of its own money. Work out by how by Barnett on how much bankrupt England can screw out of it. And the Scottish government underspends every year. And listening to Sunak a Johnston clone and clown car mark 2. Either have equality one way or have equality the other way.
Doesn't matter to me if there's fees or not so long as all the students are equal.
Racism against the Scots would be wrong, so racism practiced against the English / Welsh / Northern Irish by the Scottish Parliament it doesn't impress.
We're all British citizens, we should all be equal.
