Don't read the Telegraph. Perhaps you could let me know where it stands on the destruction of Gaza, and the settlers war crimes in the West Bank?

Come on Red you're better than this you know exactly what point I am making. Netsnyahu is more than eager to destroy Palestinian homes by any and every means at his disposal, and while that has exacerbated with the current makeup of the Knesset in which he is dependent on a pro-genocide cult in the chamber for his own party's political power, he has been more than willing to bulldoze and landgrab, a policy that the Jewish state has engaged in from the very start.

We currently have a situation where the US naturally condemn the court THEY invented for it's decision to issue warrants for ALL sides in the Gaza killings and threaten Putinesque vengeance upon any who thinks of delivering Netanyahu into the hands of that same court they were more than happy to see Hitlers colleagues hung by,

I see zero difference between Jews bulldozing Palestinian homes to illegally build Jewish settlements as they have done throughout my entire adult life and the leaders of those the Jews have bulldozed calling for the same in the other direction.

The problem the Police have is they are not Lawyers or Barristers therefore they are not fully conversant with all the laws of the land, what constitutes a crime or not in full details that is why that responsibility was taken away from them 44 years ago, since then the CPS decides who should be charged and put before a Court or not and the relevant Criminal Legislation of the Law that apply

IMHO the Senior Officer who made the decision not to take action should have sent the report and full details to the CPS to say yes those words and behaviour is a crime and the man should be arrested and this is what the charge should be, or no not a crime no further action can be taken.

I agree 100% they need to get back to basic Policing which basically is to keep the Kings Peace protect life and property, not dealing with hurt feelings because someone said something I did not like , expected to be Psycatric Nurses, deal with hurt feelings someone said something to me I did not like about my sexuality, or my Political opinions,  etc

I blame poor and bad leadership in the Police , some idiot in British Transport Police has now in their wisdom has approved Transgender male Officers can carry out intimate strip searches of female suspects , what a LOB

All this nonsense is in now rife on line, in many workplaces Universities, NHS, Local Councils, Schools, all walks of life discipline and common sense is no longer as common as it used to be Freedom of Speech is under severe threat from minority groups that want to silence others who have different opinions, time the silent or silenced majority said enough is enough grow up
