I got about halfway through with mounting disbelief and anger. It starts off badly by saying they will change the beliefs and behaviour of the white majority. This is social authoritarianism writ large. The Welsh government is in essence the representatives of the majority over whom they are trying to enforce change and the only measure they seem able to use is racial outcomes and the perception of change for the better amongst the ethnic minority cohort or about 10% of the population. There does not seem to be an equivalent measure as regards better outcomes for the remaining 90% one assume that their outcomes must be consequently worse, It is positive action in full flow and all its insidious ability to piss off a population. As an anti-racist measure it is overtly racist in its proposals, its targets, its measuring and its proposed outcome. No doubt it will soon arrive in the rest of the UK

Perhaps they are also looking to manipulate the people of Wales consciences to stop them voting for Reform. Otherwise, they'll be toast at the next Welsh assembly election.

Sadly, I predict they won't be remotely as toasted as they deserve to be My grand daughter, now 14, will have a vote, as she will be 16 then. Already she and her friends are being indoctrinated in what they can and cannot believe and say

Some interesting facts emerge from this document: "The academic attainment levels for Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller learners remain a clear concern. Data from the Pupil Level Annual Census (PLASC) statistical bulletin for examination results published on 07 December 2023, shows pupils from Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller ethnic backgrounds have the highest percentage of GCSE entries which resulted in no grade."
Maybe they are not asking questions which fit their lifestyle. Say for instance they were to ask "How do you hot-wire a quad bike?" The results could be quite be different.

It seems our governments in this country are led by statistics, regardless. Can we, as stated by ginny, trust the questions, and more importantly, who collates, then who collects the final stats, and then who modifies such? Am i accusing governments of cheating?, you bet, all of government is corrupt.
Britain has been deemed racist, which it isnt, through stats.
