Kafkaesque You are in a Kafkaesque situation in which they say, "We believe you are a threat, but we won't tell you why you are a threat." extremely unpleasant, frightening, and confusing, and similar to situations described in the novels of Franz Kafka: And apparently there are many hundreds of people in this situation. Essentially it's the state silencing people. And many people will become too frightened to speak. Well done Labour, the peoples party.

Did you miss that she asked what she had said in the offending post and was told that they weren’t allowed to tell her? What would you say if police turned up at your door and said you needed to be questioned on a matter and you asked what it was and were told we cannot tell you. If they was going to take me down to the police station at some time i expect it to be revealed then. Can't still understand why she asked the police the name and expected them to give her name of the persons Quote “What did this post I wrote that offended someone say?” I asked. The constable said he wasn’t allowed to tell me that.” So when you was taken down to the police station didn’t the police inform you what you were accused of first ?

Yes indeed, she was mentioned in another thread, absolutely mind boggling. It makes you wonder where we're going, or where we're going to end up.

Well done Labour, the peoples party. Let’s face it . They never were the peoples party after WW2 . Well yes, arguably that may be right. What is not arguable is the fact that the 21st century parliamentary Labour party are anti English, pro minority and it's not debatable, Starmers actions speak far louder than his words.

I agree, he's comming down hard on 'detractors' now in the hope it acts as a deterrent because he knows what's in the pipeline, and he knows things are going to get a damned sight worse.

Reading her account the cops were embarrassed, this is down to Steamers new order, who on here can remember what they posted a year ago? Looking at this shouldn’t posters on here be a little worried they could be next but not being telegraph journalists we’d all be more at risk. I have read about this on the Free Speech Union website and am seriously thinking of joining because they have the potential to defend you. Welcome to Steamers Britain where you can be intimidated in to silence. This is well worth reading. link

The Journalist in question should and probably does know that when plod comes knocking on your door talking shite like hate crime or suchlike all she needs to do is ask if she is being arrested . If not tell them 'not today tank you ' and shut the door .

If not tell them 'not today tank you ' and shut the door . The police are instilling fear into law-abiding citizens and now it's out in the media it'll spread into a deeper and more sinister era of self-censorship. Job done.

A spokesman for the Free Speech Union was interviewed on GB News this morning. He said the police are currently investigating a quarter of a million people in this country for NCHI's (Non crime hate incident) the youngest is nine years old. Free speech in this country is being quietly silenced.

Some forces are increasing their non-crime hate incidents Year-on-year change in non-criminal hate incidents, year ending June 2024 Staffordshire 140% North Yorkshire 65% Gwent 64% Bloody hell, that's interesting. I know Staffs police are woke, but I didn't realise they were quite that bad.
