Tube strikes called off after Underground workers 'given ground-breaking deal'....
Londonistan Underground strikes planned for November have been called of after Transport for London offered workers a 'ground-breaking' deal. The deal includes allowing staff to work a four-day week, receive a 4.5 percent pay rise and paid meal breaks, among other benefits.
Strikes on the Londonistan Underground had been planned for Thursday (November 7) and for this coming Tuesday (November 12), which if they had gone ahead would have paralysed the Tube network. But following the deal, the network will run as normal......

Khan will probably say they were doing the pensioners a favour, they could sit on the circle line and go round all day and keep warm.

Naturally I went to it.

Boris was still strung up on his zipwire. So I'm almost certainly out of touch with pensioner benefits ..

Khan has allowed a vote which gives illegal immigrants free transport in London. Us mugs have to pay twice. Once for us and once for them.

From observation there are a hell of a lot of people that don't pay their fare anyway so a few illegals wont make much difference ,you wouldn't even to be able to spot them from the general population . I don't pay now as a pensioner but If migrants are joining the long list of free and discounted fares the younger me wouldn't be paying either .No wonder TFL is skint all the time .And I see fares are going up again in January ,bus fares up 50% , so much for Labour not taxing the working man . That rise in the minimum wage has gone already .
