A people smuggler who helped migrants cross the Channel on small boats and posted videos from successful customers has been jailed for 17 years for immigration offences, the National Crime Agency nailed him
Amanj Hasan Zada, an Iranian national living in Preston, advertised on social media and shared clips of people thanking him for his services.
It will come as no surprise that he himself arrived in the UK unlawfully but was eventually granted Asylum , he had been living in Preston from boasting on lime how much he made and shown brandishing a firearm .
When he is released after doing his time it is unlikely he will be deported to Iran

But it wont make any difference to illegals crossing the channel, and although he got 17 years how long will he actually be in prison? Seven or eight years maybe, and then what, will he be deported lol, not a chance. He'll probably spend the rest of his life living off benefits in this country.

I agree he and others put away with him will have been replaced quickly, apparently the Judge did not add on that he should be Deported when he is released he thought it would happen anyway, but will they deport him back to Iran a rouge state ? highly unlikely

That strangely though doesn't apply to anyone that is here having claimed asylum or is in the process of claiming asylum . The very people you would think that need deporting . The flaw in the asylum system is even if your claim is rejected you can't be deported if you have committed a crime that comes with a year in prison , the patients are running the asylum
