So you really believed that we were 45 minutes away from mass destruction? How stupid are you? Its a shame when your memory starts to go. Blair never made that claim it was that Tory rag The Sun. it was a claim in Blairs dodgy dossier.. ..you remember Blair, he claimed to be 'whiter than white'

So you really believed that we were 45 minutes away from mass destruction? How stupid are you? No, and I never did, how stupid are you to ask? The 45 Mns. was genuine Intelligence information, it arrived just as the first Dossier was on the verge of being printed, and was included. It was found to be 'single sourced' (not necessarily wrong) so could not be used. which is why a second Dossier was called for. So you yourself didn't believe Blairs dodgy dossier but we are still idiots for not trusting a word he says.. OK...

From memory the claim was that Saddam had a 'super gun' capable of firing a shell at British interests in Kuwait.
The Sun then claimed it could "The weapon's mindblowing range means that if it was fired from New Orleans it could easily hit El Paso, TX; or hit New York from Orlando, FL."

Politics 45-minute claim on Iraq was hearsay Vikram Dodd, Nicholas Watt and Richard Norton Taylor Sat 16 Aug 2003 01.56 BST Tony Blair's headline-grabbing claim that Iraq could deploy weapons of mass destruction within 45 minutes of an order to do so was based on hearsay information, the Guardian has learned. So you recognise that it was single sourced Intelligence, then post that it was Blair's head line grabbing claim. The facts point to whoever claimed it was hearsay chose to use a misleading word. The inquiry after the invasion found that the usually safe line of intelligence had on this occasion included one unreliable source. So there was a positive starter, and it was initially received as genuine intelligence. Before being designated as single sourced and therefore unusable.

The rest of your comment is just opinion.

Firstly, shithead, stop peddling the lie that I am an extremist. And secondly it is a bit rich of you to be talking about denigrating and insulting people with different views when you yourself insist upon repeatedly doing exactly that! As you have just done again in that very post. Now then "shithead" I stopped pointing out that you are an extremist and started referring to you as one of the less moderates. No I didn't. But it seems that you took it upon yourself to put yourself amongst the extremists of the Left and the Right. You have been mislabelling people like me as extremists from the start which is risible, and how all this crap between you and I started because I challenged you on it. You have been talking shite and trying to wriggle ever since.
