Thanks to free movement and open borders foreign criminal gangs are a huge and growing problem in France. Recently 'Mohamed Djeha' was arrested, he is described as France's biggest drug dealer. As ever it's considered racist to mention a criminals race colour or ethnicity, unless the criminal is ethnic white of course.
