It will be hard to get the UK economy 'running well' when it is structurally so imbalanced compared to other major European economies. Now is the time rebalance the economy. What does that actually mean ?

We need new towns and cities to handle the extra 10 million people, and we need a massive overhaul of rules and regulations so that our businesses can compete internationally. We have built up decades and decades of layer of rules and regulation, with each one being an increase in the cost of doing business.
That budget was a complete fuck up, all the investors have already took their money out of the market and done a runner. You cannot treat investments like regular income because investments HAVE RISK, so who in their right mind is going to pay tax on risk, when they could just play it safe and keep it in bank.
