Here is an interesting wrinkle... Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, handed himself in to Folkestone police station on Friday afternoon where he was charged with failing to provide the pin to his mobile phone under schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act. He was bailed to appear in court next month, Kent police said. He was then remanded in custody under a high court direction, the force said.
So he was originally bailed on the Terrorism charge but someone in the High Court stepped in and insisted on remand.. What prompted that High Court direction? The march this weekend? - Sounds like preventative detention. That's exactly what it is, and only a fool would doubt that it's politically motivated and there's a lot of those around on here. They can do this to anyone. What about the leftist dogma of guilty by association? Do we all become supporters of terrorism if we agree with any of Robinson's points? I know everything the government throws at us results in a downward trend, and from here I cannot see any limit to that, especially with so many being led with their feelies instead of their brain. Well let me bore you some more with fact. There are only so many Offences in the UK that have a Power of Arrest attached to it, if the Offence you are suspected of committing does not have that Power attached to it the Police cannot Arrest you. If the Officer does Arrest you he or she has made an Unlawful Arrest and you can sue the Police. The Judiciary and Police are not controlled by the Government of the day, it is down to the Heads of the Police themselves how they are deployed run I do agree there is corruption, criminality and incompetence in any Organisation such as the NHS, Banking, Civil Service, Businesses Politics etc etc anything people are involved in I didn't ask for your search results, which are questionable at best. What matters is the reality of the situation, where we are living under a two-tier system, which by all accounts is blatently discrimatory and goes against even the most basic civil liberties. Obviously the police are controlled by government since the commissioner is accountable to the Home Office, which is currently held by Labour's deranged Blairite. You guessed assumed wrongly no research required new Police recruits have it drummed into them what Offences have a Power of Arrest attached to them, it was drummed into me when I joined in 1971 as it had been into those who joined long before I did, and to those who joined after me, and will be to those joining tomorrow. Once again it is done to avoid prevent Officers making an Unlawful Arrest detaining a person Unlawfully, and the Legal complications that will bring about. As for Home Secretary over the last few years how many have we had over the last few years its like Musical Chairs, how long will the present one stay in place , their job is to oversea all the entire Home Office, how 43 Police Forces ( sorry Service) in are performing what problems they have how can they overcome them, equipment etc But at the end of the day the Mets Commissioner and Chief Constables run the show not Parliament no matter which one is in power |
