The gist of the article is that Musk is moving into a legal grey area and opinion is divided . Far from it. All Musk is asking is for people to sign a petition supporting the First and Second Amendments. So there is no GREY AREA. |

The issue is not about getting people to sign the petition. Neither is it about endorsing Trump, as FS seems to think. You don't get a chance of winning the money if you do not sign the petition - that is the whole point. It's like the National Lottery over here - if you do not take part you do not have a chance of winning. If you were a US citizen why wouldn't you sign the petition - do you disagree with the constitution? Signing the petition isn't the issue. I'm guessing you didn't read the article I linked to? |

Of course I read it - some supporters on the Democratic left are claiming that it is a breach of the Law. Others disagree. What I am pointing out is that the issue has nothing to do with the election - there is nothing that Musk is doing that could be construed as support for Trump. |
