Indeed. Rather interestingly FS didn't answer that last question. I wonder why. Let's face it andrea, it doesn't matter how many times I respond to you, you just wont get it, Musk is perfectly entitled to advocate any presidential candidate he so wishes, however a UK serving government CAN NOT do the same, it is forbidden for any UK serving government to advocate any Presidential candidate, or interfere in any way shape or form, but Labour are so dumb, they don't know the rules. But individuals within a political party are free to campaign for or against anyone or anything they want.

With a left wing, communist government in power, and the Kabba verdict, all the racist stuff on tv, DCI Ray has black people as the heros, the main characters, whites not, business, tv, all is filtered through a racist anti white filter. On tv last night, on the football, a thing came up about not tolerating racism, discrimination, every 15 minutes. A non league club near me, in the programme had three pages of threats about the above. Dos donts, etc. What racism, discrimination, pray tell. Im getting sick of it. What racism, discrimination is observable at a non league game with an attendance of 160? Britain is mentally ill, driven by fascists black lives matter racism. Crap like this with all the usual suspects immediately identifiable by the likes they gave the OP suggest this is a thread best avoided by intelligent, reasonable and sensible people and is fit only for trolling or piss taking. But since that does nothing worthwhile for the forum, I am leaving this thread to you lot. Have run ranting and raving, all you phobes, and pretend it matters. I'll just spend a couple of seconds laughing at you before I go and read something more intelligent. The Beano perhaps, lol The irony.🤣

Andrew is correct, buying and selling votes is a violation of Federal law. The only question is whether what Musk is doing falls within the definition of that offence. Legal opinion appears to be divided. Musk has btoke no US law.. That remains to be seen, he has tended to prove how money can influence the voting system and that is not good for democracy.

The gist of the article is that Musk is moving into a legal grey area and opinion is divided .

The Musk giveaway does not mention Trump, the Republicans or the Election. All it asks is for people to sign a petition supporting the First and Second Amendments. Support for the Constitution is not a party political issue. The issue is not about getting people to sign the petition. Neither is it about endorsing Trump, as FS seems to think. You don't get a chance of winning the money if you do not sign the petition - that is the whole point. It's like the National Lottery over here - if you do not take part you do not have a chance of winning. If you were a US citizen why wouldn't you sign the petition - do you disagree with the constitution?

I would say since the fall of the USSR Americans became too relaxed in their belief of victory, even though Marxism within the US actually grew stronger in this relaxed environment. They are facing an era of totalitarianism using the brainwashed social justice youth to destroy the very foundations of America, which is why our own Marxists are motivated to assist them.
