OFFICIALLY the bullshit is Wankfords West Wales retreat has a licence conditions that it is a holiday park that is not subjected to council tax because he cannot live there 12 months a year
So
Time to check the postcode register as such properties have no postcodes.
Also perhaps time to see if other properties onsite have the same restriction on occupancy
Also time to ask local anti wankford press and public to look out for him occupying it in violation of those terms which set fixed periods the place cannot be occupied.
The shitbag' won't need a TV licence for it either

It's a caravan holiday park? No one pays council tax on that, do they? My brother has one in Norfolk - no council tax.

I had one of those myself. The site was closed to all from Jan 2nd to March 1st. Every single one of what are now AirBnB's in three nearby villages were fully booked out during those weeks to the 'posh gippos' as they called themselves who lived in their static caravans 10 months of the year and the cottages rent d from someone for the other two. The only downside was you had no vote....
But there are several such which DO pay council tax because they DO allow all year round use. A somewhat wealthier than me great aunt of my son in law owns one such up on the coast slightly north of Lindisfarne for example.
As I said in my earlier post, this is something that warrants some investigation.
I suspect that will reveal the little bastard is playing the system legally
Naturally I live in hope I can peg him for something illegal
