More full time roles disappear with part time roles, so shorter hours doesn't attract employers NI. Some when people can't find a full time job for a mortgage etc.. this is one reason why. Then it's a case of trying to have more than one job, but they have to fit in withone another, and some employers don't like staff having another job whilst employed at theirs. Part time increases - yes , but Robber Thieves has reduced the employers' NI threshold to £5000 pulling many p/t workers into the NI net Yes, just over the last day I was looking into the lowered threshold. With minimum wage also increasing next year, I can see 7 hour contracts being the norm. |

If that ^^^ reduces the level of the lies and denigration you post, then all's well and good. Taking time out might allow you to begin to include honesty and objectivity into your posts which would be a help to everyone, including yourself. Is one speaking from experience, or just the usual psychological battles within oneself? Which is passed onto others, not that I even like Rebirth anyway, but this seems an attack for the sake of it, which makes you more like him than you probably care to admit. I have no need to have psychological battles with myself, perhaps that is something you indulge in. I will attack anyone who posts lies about me, and Rebirth LOL has lied about me many times too often. |

True Andrew it never was and was used by the left and right politicians to divide and rule, which is somewhat biting them on the backside, in politics now you need substance you see, these wishy washy here today take what you can get and gone tomorrow types, being there are purely careerists who bide their time until its their turn in the barrel, just don't cut the mustard. Times have changed and populists are coming for them, they just think they are untouchable. People power is still the greatest power in democracy. |

You see the thing is Andrew, the masses were given a taste of genuine democracy, everything since has been the old guard trying to roll back the clock, where they controlled all things, they are losing the battle, people want real democracy and the attitude of they can eat cake, is getting rather tiresome for most of them. Although they believe they could polarise the British electorate, just like the yanks, it is failing rather badly. I agree with you about the disillusionment. It's hard to see where that ends though. It could slow down the rush to wokery , equality of outcome and hatred of white people . Hopefully even slowing down net zero enough to stop it destroying our economy . A lot depends on a Trump success and a general and acknowledged failure of left wing politics . |
