I haven't mentioned anything specific circumstances. I have just advised you that it is possible to break the law whilst writing on Facebook as you didn't seem to know, and actually stated that you believed you couldn't. |

As I said, it depends on the remark. Some remarks are illegal no matter how, or where you say them.
