Not very far away from me is a man who was struck off the medical registar as a doctor and GP, he was a territorial soldier and fought in Iraq.
He was part of a group of British soldiers who arrested an innocent man, a hotel worker and civilian, and wrongly accussed him of been an insurgent or terrorist.
The man, Baha Mousa, was hooded, tied up and then beaten by the British soldiers, the territorial Army doctor failed to properly attend to the mans injuries or to treat him properly.
A post-mortem examination found that Mousa suffered at least 93 injuries, including fractured ribs and a broken nose, which were in part the cause of his death. ----------------------------------------------------- British soldiers must not be above the law
All reports and complaints of illegal activity, unacceptable behaviour, torture or summary execussions, of which a few British soldiers HAVE been found guilty of in modern times, must always be investigated, and should never ever be accepted, and should, if found guilty, always result in punishment.

Do try and read what was said that the echr should not apply to counter terrorist operations and as was stated many vexatious claims being made, does Shiner ring a bell? They are asking for British law to be applied.

Some lefties have a mentality of 12 year old girls . The truth is that rules sometimes have to be broken when we are faced with an enemy who breaks the rules . That doesn’t mean it should be the norm but sometimes we need tough men to put their lives in the line and fight dirty so that we are safe .

I suspect that has the Iranian embassy siege happened now , the usual lefties would be screaming for the SAS operatives to be charged with murder and attempted murder . They are virtue signalling liabilities.
