Uncle Sam's street lights have developed a fault in them.
It's a rather boring technical video, but shows you what a street looks like in the American dream as night falls.
To summerise 20m of bullshit, the fault is the phospherous is chipping off, as per some poor manufacturing process no doubt.
Like a BBC political map when the Labour government have screwed up, lol.
