100 days into this calamitous government and the prime minister loses the chief of staff he appointed, and you claim this is no big deal. I wonder, would you be so magnanimous about a Tory prime minister? lol, get in the bin. If this was a Tory government, it would not have been hyped up by the Right wing press The Prime Minister has not lost his chief of staff, he just has a different one, and it is no big deal. Sue Gray continues to work for the Labour Party in a different role which she has said she is happy about. Another story about nothing Remember what Starmer said just 100 days ago? He said this government would be a government of service, he said this government would treat people with respect, he said the adults were back in charge, he said he would end cronyism, and of course he said again and again, he would 'smash the gangs'. What he has done in his first 100 days is: Give in to trade unions, encourage two tier policing, scrap old age pensioners winter fuel payments, and give away British Sovereign Territory, none of which was in the Labour manifesto but was clearly planned. This government are a bunch of amateur corrupt liars. It must be said, if the first 100 days are anything to go by, Starmer like his chief of staff, hasn't got long left.

When the Tories were in power there was constant negative leftie hype about the Tories .From Boris’s wallpaper, his wife , Dominic Cummings ( who was villified while working for Boris then they clung to every word when he knifed him ) to cake gate . That stupid cow ‘ two houses Rayner’ even called them scum . Labour are as bent as the a Tories .

Sue Gray has switched to a different job for the government, she was noy ousted, and she did not resign. But of course the Right wing press are putting the spin on, making things up. After 3 months, the early economic data is looking promising, UK Bond yields have risen, meaning that the markets have confidence in the government. The UK construction sector grew at its fastest rate in September in over two years. Interest rates are expected to fall again, and inflation looks like it will fall further.
You do come out with the most ridiculous load of old bullshit. Sue Grays resignation statement said she had resigned because she was becoming the story. Bond yields rise when the markets have no confidence in the Government - hence why Italian bond yields are always priced higher than German. Inflation has stalled at 2.2% for CPI, and core inflation has risen.

We have had 14 years of piss poor, miserable growth, a stagnating economy, living standards falling, and public services falling apart at the seams. Three months is no where near long enough to judge the government on its economic performance, my prediction is that the Markets will be jittery around the time of the Budget, because certain business sectors are probably going to be hit with some form of windfall taxes, rumours of an annual levy on tobacco companies, and larger companies making good profits will pay more CGT. Its not going to take very much to beat the abysmal record of the previous government You are talking shit as alwaya fiddles...

I have no idea why people voted for Labour. He had no policies. He has no personality. He is not a leader. The worst thing is we are now awaiting a budget that will destroy every working household. I have lived through a few Labour governments and anyone who worked, anyone self employed, anyone who wanted to better themselves were worse off. 2Tier Keir's personal ratings plunge to new low as Labour big beasts warn PM has 'lost his grip' after extraordinary Sue Gray exit - while No10 dodges on whether ex-chief aide will get pay-off and peerage....... www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13933695/Keir-Starmer-ratings-Labour-PM-grip-Sue-Gray-No10.html

Yeh right doofus....What ever she will be paid is still a waste of taxpayers money...There never was a " envoy to the regions and nations" prior to her resignation Yet another useless job created by 2 Tier Keir.

Yes, the ex-civil servant has been demoted by Starmer to a position that didn't exist prior to her demotion. She certainly won't be paid more than Starmer now.
And regarding the thread title, this current crop are as chaotic as the last mob, and it's only been 100 days.
Certainly the 'grown-ups' haven't entered the room. Definitely popcorn time though.

Sue Gray's new job in doubt as she pulls out of major meeting Keir Starmer's newly appointed envoy to the nations and regions has pulled out of the first meeting of the Council of Nations and Regions.
Sue Gray is reportedly 'taking a break' after losing an internal power struggle in Downing Street.
