It is indeed disgusting, and I'm not in the least surprised that a wonderfully multicultural London borough has the highest percentage of food establishments rated 0 or 1. Slight digression but I'm reminded of this... It is not known if the family — celebrating Eid al-Adha, the Muslim festival of sacrifice — slaughtered the animals at home or were simply butchering them.
